  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped or produced.

If you request cancellation before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging


  1. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The shipping fee will depend on the carrier selected.

If the return is due to our error (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items), Csandiva will cover the return shipping cost.

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.


  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within several business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates.
